Remove the cable from the throttle cable override

springs.

On single seat go-karts, remove the double nuts from

the throttle extension rod.

NOTE:

The plate under the throttle stop is

tted on

some go-karts to prevent excess throttle pedal travel.

Excess pedal travel will hyperextend the throttle cable

override spring and cause spring failure.

Springs should not extend more than 1/4” (6.35mm)

beyond their relaxed state.
