(*1) If more than one error occurs, the LED display shows the errors in order of high to low priority.
If the error of the highest priority among multiple errors is reset, the errors with the lower priority will be also
reset. However, the error will be displayed again if the cause of the error still remains.
(*2) In manual reset, the error can be reset by command from host in case that the error reset condition is
