4.4 USER PROGRAMMING
Press Stop and Decrease buttons at the same time and release them immediately.
The display shows:

and then:

Step U01 15
If necessary, modify the time setting using the Increase and Decrease buttons.
Press Stop, in this way the steps in the chart below, which can be edited with the Increase and
Decrease buttons, will be shown, one by one.
To exit user programming, wait for about 60" without pressing any button or press Mixing
STOP
stargel 4
to force quit.
The values that have been modified will be automatically saved.

U01-U06: Date and time setting
U07: Language setting
U10: When the machine is in Stop mode, the display turns off after a few minutes
(settable in this step) to save power. If step U10 is set to 10, display backlighting is
always on.
U11÷U12: By activating the extraction function mixing will be activated at the speed set at step
U11. Pressing the Extraction key repeatedly will alternately enable the speeds set at
steps U11 and U12.
U13: By enabling this step you can display Timer and TEC during freezing (instead of
the increase bar).
U14: By selecting the preparation cycle a fast mixing is carried out for the time set in this
step.
