6.5 CLEANING
With machine stopped and beater unit spigot door closed, pour water in the freezing chamber.
Select the CLEANING function and make the beater run for the minimum time possible, to avoid
early wear of the scrapers and cylinder.
Extract all water from the cylinder, open spigot to remove beater.
Wipe the exterior of machine with a wet sanitized cloth.
6.4 HOW TO USE CLEANING/SANITIZING SOLUTION
Prepare a solution of water and sanitizing detergent following the instructions shown on the label
of the product being utilized.
Washing/sanitizing by soaking
- Remove larger residues by hand
- Remove finer residues with a jet of water
- Immerse the parts to be cleaned into the solution
- Let the solution react for the time indicated on the label of the product being utilized
- Rinse the parts with care, using plenty of clean drinking water
WARNING!
Use sanitizing solution to clean at the end of every working day.
To remove the spigot door

Open the spigot door by moving it to the left and lift it while sliding it out of the pin.
Remove ice cream outfeed door

Thoroughly wash all parts in water and re-assemble.
