4.3.2 Using the ice cream dispensing lever
Locking
Lock ice cream outfeed door by bringing lever (ref. 1) all the way down and turning it fully home
to the right.
Opening
Turn lever (ref. 1) to the left by 90°.
Raise lever and spigot.
Lock spigot up by taking lever (ref. 1) fully home to the right.
Closing
Repeat the opening procedure in the reverse sequence to close.
4.3.3 Spigot door closing eccentric (ref. 3)
To open:
Push lever towards the front side and pull it to the right.
To close:
Close spigot door, move spigot locking lever to the left and
lower it.
4.3.1 Ice cream extraction
When freezing cycle is over, operator can extract ice cream from the cylinder as follows:

Set tub on the support, under the ice cream outfeed chute.

Turn spigot door locking lever to the left (ref. 1).

Raise lever and spigot.

Lock spigot up by taking lever fully home to the right

Select EXTRACTION function
SAFETY REMARK
The machine sets to
STOP
after 3 minute of continuous
operation in extraction mode in order to avoid early wear of
scrapers and cylinder
