Possible causes
a) Main switch open
b) Plug connecting to the
mains disconnected
c) The machine is not in
production mode both in
freezing section
and in cooking one.
d) Spigot doors not perfectly
closed.
a) Third phase, supplying
compressor and electric
motors, is missing.
a) Water-cooled machine:
water is not circulating.
b) Air-cooled machine: air is
not circulating.
a) No gas in the machine
b) Faulty pressure switch
a) No sugar in the
mix
a) Too much sugar in the
mix
a) Seal missing or worn out
8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Recommended remedies
a) Turn switch off
b) Check and turn on.
c) Ensure that
PRODUCTION button is
on.
d) Check spigot door
closure
a) Connect the 3
rd
phase or
ensure that no fuse has
blown.
a) Open the condensation
water shut-off valve.
Make sure the rubber
pipe is not squashed or
bent.
b) Make sure the rear side
of the machine has a
distance of at least cm 50
from the wall.
Remove any rags, dust,
etc. from condenser.
Check operation of fan
motor.
a) Check the leakage
weld and refill
b) Check the connection and,
if necessary, replace it
a) Wait for the ice-cream in
the cylinder to melt, then
modify or change the mix.

Problems
The machine will not start
