Plough light bulb (Fig. 72)

Switch off the light.
1. Remove the four screws (1) and the
rim (2).
2. Ease the light unit out of the body by
inserting a finger through the hole at
the base of the body and moving the
unit forward until it can be lifted out.
3. Remove the spring clip (3) from the
back of the bulb holder, then remove
the bulb (4).
4. Fit a new 55 watt halogen bulb and re-
assemble the light.
Important Note
The plough light has a halogen bulb.
Never touch a halogen bulb lens with the
fingers. Natural moisture in the skin will
cause the bulb to burn out when the light
is switched on. Always use a clean cloth
or tissue when handling halogen bulbs.

Cab windscreen washer (Fig. 73)
Check windscreen washer bottle -
Flexible maintenance.
Fig. 73:
The capacity of the washer bottle is
about 2 litre (3 1/2 pt). Fill with a screen
washer additive to prevent smearing and
freezing in cold weather. The angle of the
windscreen washer jets (located below the
windscreen) may be adjusted by inserting
a needle into the jet orifices and moving,
as required.
