Tractor operation 40
Transporting implement:
Put the position control lever in
‘Transport’ position.
Starting work:
Move the position control lever down
until the required implement height above
the ground is obtained.
Set the adjustable stop (5) in line with
the position control lever.
Set the response control towards slow
but in a position to allow adequately fast
entry into work.

In work:
No further adjustment is necessary.
Leaving work:
Move the position control lever up to
the ‘Transport’ position, if required.
Auxiliary hydraulics (Figs. 12
to 14)
Trailer tipping pipe (Fig. 12)
In this arrangement, the implement is
controlled by the draft control lever on the
lift system quadrant.

Lever positions (Figs. 13 and 14):
Draft control (1), fully up.
Move position control lever (2) to raise
the links to the required height.
Selector control (3), to forward posi-
tion or ‘B’ position.
Response control (4), not applicable.
