means of pins.

The plate (1) can be fitted, as illus-
trated, so as to allow oscillation on the
lower links, required for three-point hitch
wide soil-engaging implements, such as
harrows.
When rotating the plate (1), as shown
on the inset of figure opposite, this pre-
vents the lower lift links from swaying
into the rear wheels. This is the most
usual situation.
Note
Be sure to correctly fit the pin locks
(2).
Lift rods (B Fig. 19)

The lift rods allow the transversal lev-
elling of implement
The leveling adjustment for both lift
rods is performed by means of a spindle,
which must be rotated by hand, as shown
on Fig. 19.
To adjust, slide up the turnbuckle and
rotate the nut as required to adjust the
length (Fig. 20).The turnbuckle will only
locate correctly and lock the adjusting
screw when the handles are in the fore
and aft position.

Note
Do not over extend the top link arm
(1 Fig. 17) and the lift rods (2, Fig.17).
DO NOT allow any of the threads to be
exposed!
