Parking brake warning light
This red light comes on when the park-
ing brake is on.
Four wheel drive engagement warn-
ing light
This orange light comes on when the
four wheel drive is engaged.
Headlight main beam warning light
This blue light comes on when the
headlights are switched to main beam.
Alternator charge warning light
This red light comes on when the en-
gine starts and the starter switch key re-
turns to the ‘auxiliary’ position. The light
will come on if the starter switch key is
moved to the OFF position when the en-
gine is running, and will come on briefly
as the engine stops.
If this light comes on with the up-
per six warning lights and the engine
running, stop the engine and investi-
gate the fault immediately.
Differential lock engagement warn-
ing light
This orange light comes on when the
differential lock is engaged.
Levers and switches
Note
On certain tractors the switches can
be in a slightly different order to those
shown in the illustrations. All switches
have a symbol to indicate their function
(See pages 20 and 21, universal symbols).
Hand throttle control (1 Fig. 2)
Move the lever down to increase the
engine speed.
Direction indicator switch and
warning light (2 and 3 Fig. 2)
The indicator switch (2) has three po-
sitions:
1. Central - Off.
2. Press left hand side, left hand indica-
tors will operate and green arrow (9
Fig. 2) will flash.
3. Press right hand side, right hand indi-
cators will operate and green arrow (9
Fig. 2) will flash.
When a trailer is attached to the trac-
tor and the seven pin trailer plug is cor-
rectly connected, the green arrows and the
green trailer warning light (3) will flash
