INSYS WLAN serial 2.1 Overview AT Commands
Command Description
AT&Z1=<IP>:<port>
Remote terminal for the transmission of the I/O - alarm inputs -

The setting
AT&Z0
is
immediately stored in the fail-safe memory. Saving with
AT&W
is not necessary.
AT**
Firmware update
AT**
starts the update process for the firmware (flash update).
To update the firmware, hardware handshake (RTS/CTS) must be
activated at the terminal.
After
AT**
is entered, the INSYS WLAN serial 2.1 prepares itself for receiving
the firmware.
Wait 10 seconds after the response "
Send file now"
and then send the
firmware (file with the ending HEX) as text file.
After the file has been sent, the firmware update needs some (up to 60) sec-
onds time during which the update is carried out.

Wait. Preparing firmware upgrade.
Send file now. Enable RTS/CTS.
Wait 10 seconds and then send the firmware file as text (not binary). (Ter-

Firmware successful validated.
Wait. Processing firmware update and re-
boot.
After the flash update, the module is completely reset.

Escape sequence
If the sequence "
+++
" is sent during an active connections with at least 1 sec-
ond pause before and after the sequence, the module will terminate the con-
nection.
The INSYS WLAN serial 2.1 does not support any online command mode.
