Headlamp aiming
1. - Inflate the tyres to the specified pressure
- remove any loads from the vehicle except
- the driver,
- spare tyre,
- and tools.
2. The vehicle should be placed on a flat surface.
3. Draw vertical lines
(Vertical lines passing through respective headlamp
centres)
and a horizontal line
(Horizontal line passing through centre of head
-
lamps) on the screen.
4. With the headlamp and battery in normal condition,
aim the headlamps so the brightest portion falls on
the horizontal and vertical lines.
A. MFR type
5.1 To aim the low/high beam to the left or right, turn
screw (1) clockwise or counterclockwise.
To aim the low/high beam up or down, turn screw (2)
clockwise or counterclockwise.
B. Projection type
5.2 To aim the low beam to the left or right, turn screw
(3) clockwise or counterclockwise.
To aim the low beam up or down, turn screw (4)
clockwise or counterclockwise.
High beam aiming is available for up or down. To aim
the high beam up or down, turn screw (5) clockwise
or counterclockwise.
