Materials and dimensions of the hydraulic pipes:
The components used in the modification of the brake line must be supplied or ap
-
proved by HMC.
The brake pipes or ducts are steel tubes coated with an outer layer of polymer to
resist corrosion, and cover the whole path from the pump outlet to the vicinity of
each wheel. The last stretch to the connection with the wheel is made by flexible
hoses, because in that area a certain amount of movement is required due to the
rotation of the steering system.

CAUTION
The use of plastic pipes in brake systems is not authorised.
NOTICE
New parts used in the modification work must be of the same material and have
the same dimensions as the originals parts.
