this value sets the relative humidity at which relay F1 should switch off.

the function ReL F1 delay sets the switch-on delay for the relay F1.
this setting prevents frequent switching of the relay F1, if with slightly fluctuating
humidity values, the setpoints F1 oN or F1 oFF have almost the same values.

this value sets the relative humidity at which the relay F2 is to switch on.
