Installing capacity upgrade kits

This chapter contains instructions for adding a capacity upgrade kit to an existing system.

When installing a capacity upgrade kit during the initial system installation, see the instructions for your

Enabling maintenance mode when using StoreOnce Remote Support

If StoreOnce Remote Support is configured, put the StoreOnce System into maintenance mode before
installing the upgrade. Enabling maintenance mode prevents the system from generating unwanted
support calls during the installation process.

Procedure

1.

Navigate to the StoreOnce System and log in to the StoreOnce Management Console.
