Description

Item

Specify the DAD ID of the storage system to be remotely scanned.

Remote Device Address Domain

Specify the serial number (alphanumeric characters) of the storage
system to be remotely scanned.

Remote Storage System S/N

Specify the SSID (in hexadecimal) of the command device assigned
to the storage system to be remotely scanned.

SSID

Device Address for
Command Device

Specify the CU (in hexadecimal) of the command device assigned
to the storage system to be remotely scanned.

CU

Specify the CCA (in hexadecimal) of the command device assigned
to the storage system to be remotely scanned.

CCA

After an entry is added,

A disk configuration definition file is created that defines the one command device specified in
this panel. A name that conforms to

format:

prefix.DSK.SNnnnnn.dad-id

When entering information for prefix and dad-id, names must be 44 characters or less.
