three times. CRT annotation should indicate SWEEP
GEN measured sweep time.

Note
The start-up time measured in step 8 uses the
function that displays a sweep time value which is 1% to 5%
longer than the actual spectrum analyzer sweeptime. This error is
compensated when using the shift F function to adjust the sweep
times in the following procedure.
