9 | Care and maintenance

9. Attach the new wheel and fasten it. Tighten all wheel nuts crosswise:

10. Remove the tripod trestle and lower the machine.

11. Tighten the wheel nuts with the torque wrench.

NOTE

Retighten the wheel nuts after 10 km.

9.9 Clean the machine

Clean the machine thoroughly at regular intervals and after the end of the sea-
son.

Wear the necessary protective outfit when performing any work to protect
your health and safety.

NOTE

Do not clean electrical components, hydraulic cylinders and bearings with a
high pressure cleaner or direct water jet.
Housings, screw fittings and bearings are not waterproof under high pressure.

Spray the bearings of the DiscSystem with penetrating oil after cleaning and
before extended idle times.

Before taking back into service turn the discs by hand and check for free rota-
tion.

Clean every day when in use.
