Filling up oil:
1. Remove the cap and vent off air through the
air valve (1).
2. Unscrew the filling plug (2) underneath the
air valve.
3. Fill in oil up to the upper end of the inspection
glass (3). Do not overfill!
4. Turn the plug (2) correctly back in.
5. Fill in air through the air valve (1) up to a
pressure of 2 bar (30 psi) in the pressure
gauge (4). Do not overfill!

Comply with the supplied operating in-
structions for the pump!
Suitable oil for the pump is available from
our service department (Art.-No.
04004323). The size of the can corre-
sponds with half the pump filling.
3.6 Hand washing tank
Only fill clean water into the hand
washing tank.

WARNING
Danger or poisoning by contaminat-
ed water in the hand washing tank!
Never use the water in the hand washing tank
as drinking water!
The materials of the hand washing tank are
not
food compatible
.
3.7 Agitator
The solution tank is equipped with a hydraulic
agitator. Special injector nozzles in the agitator
tube enforce the stirring intensity. The switched
on agitator mixes the solution inside the solution
tank and thus ensures a homogeneous solution.
The agitator can be adjusted infinitely on the
“C-Box”, or via the terminal.
A pressure gauge shows the stirring capacity as
pressure in the agitator (see 3.3).
The agitator can also be switched off completely
via the terminal, in order to minimize the residual
amount inside the solution tank.
Selectable automatic function: Switching off
after 250 litres.
