8.4.1 Flushing in liquid chemicals
during the filling process
1. Enter the desired container content in the
terminal.
2. Connect the suction hose to the filling con -
nection.
3. Close the quick filling valve.

4. Press button (a) on the C-Box (ON) to start
the filling process. Press the button for ap -
prox. 2 sec.
5. Switch off internal cleaning (b).
6. Switch on the injector (d).
7. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
8. Fill the required preparation quantity as
calculated for filling the container into the
induction hopper (max. 45l).
9. Open the switch-over ball valve and have
the content completely sucked out of the
induction hopper.
10. Close the ball valve again, possibly repeat
points 5-7 again, if more than 45 l of prepa-
ration is required.
11. Preliminarily clean the induction hopper with
the closed circuit line.
12. Open the switch-over ball valve and have
the contents sucked out.
13. Close the ball valve again.
14. Switch off the injector.
15. Adjust the desired agitator power (c).
16. Open the quick filling valve.
17. Top up the remaining amount of water.
18. Close the quick filling valve.

At the beginning of the filling process the water
sucked in through the suction hose is applied to
the induction hopper.
Once the desired tank contents is reached, the
suction valve will automatically switch over to
the solution tank. Solution is then applied to the
induction hopper.
In order to clean the induction hopper switch
the suction valve over to the fresh water tank.
