1) Filling
In filling operation the drawn in fluid is
drawn through
(a)
the spraying pump
either
(p)
directly into the solution tank
or
to
(n)
agitator of the solution tank
or
to
(o)
the internal cleaning of the solution tank
or
to
(i,k) the injector (5) and to the induction hop-
per. This draws chemicals out of the in-
duction hopper into the solution tank. The
fluid supplies the
(l)
closed circuit flushing,
(m) the
shock nozzle and the canister flushing
of the induction hopper.
2) Suction
(a)
The spraying pump draws fluid through
(b)
the suction fitting (electrically operated ball
valve) from the
(c) solution tank (spraying operation) or from
(d) the fresh water tank (cleaning the spraying
system).
3) Spraying operation
In spraying operation the drawn in fluid is
directed through the
(e)
pressure filter and the
(f)
flow meter into the
(g) nozzle line.
(r)
(h)
The circulation valve (r) is closed, so that
pressure can build up in the nozzle line.
The circulation valve (h) is open, so that
the solution is pressed into the nozzles
from both sides.
4) Circulation
(r)
(h)
With the nozzles switched off the
circulation valve (r) is open and the
circulation valve (h) is closed, so that the
solution flows into the
tank.
This prevents the formation of deposits,
solution is immediately available at the
nozzles when switching on.
