8.4.3 Flushing in with ECOFILL
(optional)
Observe the operating instructions/data
sheets for the ECOFILL equipment.
1. Fill the solution tank half with water
2. Set the suction side to solution tank (e).
3. Close the quick filling valve.
4. Switch on the injector (d); the spraying pump
starts automatically.
5. Connect the ECOFILL coupling to the suc-
tion socket (m).
6. Set the switch-over ball valve to ECOFILL (k).
7. Draw in the required preparation as calcu-
lated and measured for filling the container.
8. Close the switch-over ball valve again (k).
9. Disconnect the ECOFILL-fitting from the
ECOFILL-drum and connect it to the flush -
ing foot (n).
10. Set the switch-over ball valve to ECOFILL
and flush the hose/fitting with clear water.
11. Close the switch-over ball valve and take
off the hose.
12. Switch off the injector.
13. Adjust the desired agitator power (c).
14. Open the quick filling valve.
15. Top up the missing amount of water.
16. Close the quick filling valve.

1. Set the suction side to solution tank (e).
2. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
3. Switch on the injector (d).
The spraying pump starts automatically.
4. Open the ball valve (k).
5. Switch on canister flushing (f).
6. Put the canister or other containers over the
canister flushing facility and press down and
keep turning for at least 30 seconds.
7. Close the ball valve again.
8. Switch off the injector.
Water (solution) emerges from the can-
ister flushing nozzle, when the pressure
plate is pressed down.
