Operator’s Manual

Turntable does not move up or down.

1. Extension position stop device jammed.

•

Lubricate release device.

2. The protection hood under the turntable is broken

and dirt has got inside.

•

Remove the hood from the base and clean the
grooved pin thoroughly.

•

Call the authorized assistance service immediately
to have the hood replaced.

Machine damages alloy rims.

1. Plastic tool guard worn.

•

Replace the plastic tool guard.

2. Tool is at wrong distance from rim.

•

Call the authorized assistance service.

Irregular movement of swing arm.
Wheel lifter jammed.

1. Low air pressure.

•

Check air line pressure.

2. Control cylinder defective.

•

Call the authorized service center for assistance.

3. Control valve defective.

•

Check oil level in the lubrication device and that latter
is working properly as described in the Maintenance
chapter.

•

Call the authorized service center for assistance.
