1.3 Machine models
This manual deals with machine models that share the
same structure and functionality, but that can vary in
terms of the automated equipment fitted. However, there
may be differences with regard to the power supply
and the presence/absence of the beading device for
tubeless tires.
The difference is set out below:
Figure 1-3.1
Represents the basic machine with automatic Head
(integrated lever).
Figure 1-3.2
Represents the same machine as above, but it is also
equipped with a beading unit for tubeless tires.
The changes in power supply depend on the destination
country or on specific client requests.
Types of power supply:
230 Vac, 1 Ph, 50/60 Hz.
or
115 Vac, 1 Ph, 50/60 Hz.
1.4 Identification data
An identification plate attached to the machine, in
position
1, Fig. 1.3-1 , shows the following data Fig.
1.4-1 :
- Name and address of the manufacturer
- Conformity marking
- Year of manufacture
- Model
- Serial number
- Weight
- Electric specifications (volt, ph, Hz, kW and A)
- Air pressure required
- Acoustic pressure
