7.10.5 CENTRAGE OPTIMA
À la procédure de Centrage, il est possible d'accéder de
deux façons:
1 ) Manuellement,
Depuis une page-écran Optima,
• Presser
F1 et sélectionner l’élément Optimization Entry
Screen ( 1, Fig. 7-61 ).
• D'ici, il est possible de poursuivre avec:
- F2 Reprise de la Centrage interrompue.
- F3 Centrage à partir de la roue complète.
- F4 Centrage à partir de la jante seule.
2 ) En automatique,
en observant les conditions suivantes:
• Fonctionnalité RIM ONLY ("Désactivée" à l'option RIM
ONLY dans la page "PARAMETRES OPTIMA").
• Exécuter le lancement de la jante seule.
7.10.5.1 Centrage géométrique
A la fin du lancement roue, l'équilibreuse pourrait suggérer
d'effectuer une Centrage géométrique (icône en haut à
gauche sur l'écran), dont le diagnostic peut apporter une
amélioration substantielle des performances de la roue.
Pour démarrer la procédure de Centrage géométrique
procéder comme suit:
•
Depuis la page " Optimization Entry Screen " appuyer
sur F3 pour activer la procédure. Le logiciel de contrôle
suggère de positionn er à h12 (12 heures) la valve de la
roue ( Fig. 7-62 ).
•
Appuyer sur F6 pour confirmer l'opération.
•
Tracer un signe sur le pneu dans la position suggérée par
le logiciel de contrôle (fig. 9.4.1-2) et appuyer sur F6 pour
confirmer. Le logiciel de contrôle suggère d'amener la roue
sur le démonte-pneu dans le but d'aligner le signe tracé
sur le pneu avec la valve de la roue (
Fig. 7-64 ).
•
De retour du démonte-pneu, remonter la roue sur
l'équilibreuse et confirmer avec F6 . Le logiciel de contrôle
suggère d'effectuer un cycle de contrôle. (En appuyant
sur F4, il est possible d'effectuer directement aussi un
cycle de contrôle de l'
Excentration ).
•
Abaisser la protection roue et appuyer sur START si
nécessaire : l'équilibreuse commence le cycle de contrôle.
Au terme du cycle de contrôle, le logiciel de contrôle suggère
la nouvelle valeur des poids et leur emplacement sur la jante.
Au cours de la procédure de Centrage géométrique, il est
possible de revenir pas à pas sur les pages précédentes
en appuyant sur le bouton
F5 ; en appuyant sur F1 on voit
réapparaître la page d'équilibrage; en appuyant sur les
boutons ESC ou STOP on revient à la page "CENTRAGE
OPTIMA"; depuis cette dernière, en appuyant sur F1, il
est possible de reprendre la procédure de Centrage
géométrique précédemment interrompue.
7.10.5 OPTIMA MATCHING
There are two ways to access the Matching procedure:
1 ) Manually,
From an Optima screen,
• Press
F1 and select Optimisation Entry Screen ( 1, Fig.
7-61 ).
• From here you can continue with:
- F2 Continues the interrupted Matching.
- F3 Matching from complete wheel.
- F4 Matching from rim only.
2 ) Automatically,
by observing the following conditions:
• RIM ONLY function OFF (“Disabled” for
RIM ONLY item in "OPTIMA SETTINGS" screen).
• Perform the rim only run.
7.10.5.1 Geometric Matching
At the end of the wheel measuring run the balancer
may prompt carrying out a geometric matching (icon at
the top left of the screen), whose diagnosis can provide
a substantial improvement to the wheel performance. To
start the geometric matching procedure proceed as
follows:
•
Press F3 on the “ Optimization Entry Screen ” screen to
start the procedure. The control software prompts to
position the wheel valve at 12 o’clock (
Fig. 7-62 ).
•
Press F6 to confirm the operation.
•
Mark the tire in the position suggested by the control
software (fig. 9.4.1-2) and press F6 to confirm. The
control software suggests moving the tire to the tire
changer in order to align the mark on the tire with the
wheel valve (
Fig. 7-64 ).
•
After the tire changer, clamp the wheel on the balancer
and confirm with F6 . The control software prompts to
carry out a checking cycle. (Press F4 to carry out a
checking cycle of the runout directly).
•
Lower the wheel guard and if necessary press START :
the balancer will start the checking cycle.
At the end of the checking cycle the control software will
suggest the new value of the weights and their location
on the rim.
During the geometric matching procedure you can return
step by step to the previous screens by pressing
F5 .
Pressing F1 displays the balancing screen; press the
ESC or STOP keys to return to the “Optima Matching”
screen; from this last press F1 to continue the previously
interrupted geometric matching procedure.
