Configuring the troubleshooting settings

The Windows Computer Maintenance setting must be disabled.

Procedure

1. Click Control Panel > Troubleshooting, and then click Change settings.

2. In the Change settings window, for Computer Maintenance, click Off, and clear all

configuration options below Other settings.

3. Click OK, and then close the window.

Note: After configuring the troubleshooting settings, configure the

Remote Desktop settings.
