4. Connect the LAN4 port to the user LAN port on storage system controller 2.
After you connect the physical SVP, you can set up an encrypted Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) connection between the storage system and the SVP.
Note: The creation of private and public keys requires a dedicated
program, OpenSSL. OpenSSL is installed along with Storage Navigator
but not allowed to be used for different purposes. To use OpenSSL for
SSL communication settings, download one from the OpenSSL website

Turning on power to the physical SVP
When turning on the power to the physical SVP, use only the power cable supplied with
the SVP. Do not use a power cable designed for another device.
Procedure
1. Attach the supplied power cable to the power socket on the rear panel of the
physical SVP.
