6564 High Resistance Scanner

The  6564  High  Resistance  scanner  is  a  high  isolation  switch  for  TΩ  measurements
providing isolation of over 100 PΩ.  The 6564 when used with TeraCal, vastly increases the
measurement throughput, and simplifies bridge transfers through automation.  The 6564 can
be provided in 8 or 16 channel configurations.
