Impedance of
the “switched on”
contact:
< 10 kΩ
Impedance of
the “switched off”
contact:
> 3
00 kΩ
Voltage on the disconnected contact:
approximately 3 V

In order to work properly, the device equipped with a
“transistor with an open connector” can require a higher
voltage than Multilogger is able to supply. Moreover, you
should also make sure that the voltage in the “switched
on” state is not higher than
0.4 V declared above.
Current through the “switched on” contact.
approximately 40 uA in the impulse
Minimum length of input pulse:
1 s in the standard measuring mode
10 s in the power saving measuring mode
Maximum cable length:
< 30 meters (use shielded cable if longer than
5 m). Use shielded cables in environments
with electromagnetic disturbance also.
Pulses for the counter - you can connect a contact,
voltage signal or transistor with an open connector.
The counter can be used only on input No.4.
Range of counter:
24 bit (16 777 215), the counter overflow can
be allowed.
Maximum input frequency:
200 Hz
Input levels:
the same as the parameters of the binary
input.
Other options:
relative counter (number of impulses per
measuring interval
)
