: 

To enable the CUSTOM PRINT HEADER: 

 

1.   From the COMM SETUP screen, press 

[YES] 

twice. 

2.   Press 

[NO]

 to toggle between ENABLED and DISABLED 

3.   Press 

[HELP]

 twice to save changes and exit the setup mode.
