Method of Preparation:
"Step 1: Take buttermilk in a microwave oven safebowl, add besan, turmeric powder, oil, salt, sesame seeds,
mustard, hing, coconut, coriander, green chilies& mix well to avoid lump formation. Place the bowl on the
turntable in the microwave oven, select the category, enter the recipe code, select weight& press start.
Step 2: When the oven beeps, remove, stir well and press start. When done, pour a cup full in a large flat plate.
Spread as thin as possible with the back of a large flat spoon using circular outward movements. Allow to cool &
cut into 1½-inch wide strips. Carefully roll each strip & Serve with chutney."
