GT2400_SetIPAddress (supported from Revision 3.3)

Purpose

Set the TCP/IP address for the instrument. (example: 194.177.0.482) For establishing Ethernet
connection with the instrument, this function needs to be called prior to calling
GT2400_OpenConnection function.
