Sets the internal pulse modulation rate to the 
value specified by <pm_freq> (Not available with 
Option 17 or 17A). Hertz is assumed if no unit is 
supplied.

Queries the internal pulse modulation rate (Not 
available with Option 17 or 17A). The return value 
is in Hertz.
