12. it is forbidden to use the machine in operations other than those explicitly specified in this
instruction manual (see Chapter n.6).
13. use is forbidden in areas for which the operation is not expected or foreseen, without prior
appropriate safety measures (cf. paragraph.2.2)
14. it is forbidden to put the machine in contact with foodstuff.
15. it is forbidden to operate the control command to move the unit without first having checked and
verified that no person is present in the in the dangerous zones of movement

while the machine’s moving
parts are being commanded. (see Chapter n.4)
17. it is forbidden to enter the working area of the machine with any part of the body, including hands
and arms, before the dangerous mobile parts have come to a complete stop (see Chapter n.4)
18. it is forbidden to access the dangerous areas for cleaning, lubrication, maintenance, etc. ... without
first disconnecting the machine from the batteries or the power source.
19. it is forbidden to use of the machine in critical conditions of stability, outside of the set limits.
20. It is forbidden to unlock the handles to enable an immediate complete stop while moving with the
machine
21. it is forbidden after a complete stop and having commanded the deployment of the parking legs to
resume movement of the machine.
22. it is forbidden to let go of the machinewhen in Balance Mode with no person on board, because the
machine will travel independently for some distance before stopping, and this could be a danger of injury
to bystanders. Moreover, the machine itself may be damaged.
23. It is forbidden to place any object on the seat cushion, because they might interfere with the
presence sensor, allowing the machine to move on its own, hitting a pedestrian or an object and causing
injury or damage.
24. it is forbidden to try to start or move
the machine with empty batteries and even moreso after a
safety shutdown due to this condition,
since the machine may not be able to maintain dynamic stability,
especially if this requires a lot of power block. Restart and resume to circulate in these conditions means
taking the risk of falling. Moreover, this may damage the batteries and affect longevity and payload
capacity. If the condition persists, contact your authorized service center.
25. it is forbidden to
use the machine if the batteries are not sufficiently charged
(condition
indicated on the Controller display with the sad face and the absence of horizontal lines on the display of
battery charge level).Carefully check the charge level of the battery to be prepared to stabilize the means
deploying the the parking stand legs.

immerge the machine, the batteries or the platform in water.

expose the machine to rain or water for extended periods, both during use,
transport or storage

ride over obstacles, loose objects or on uneven terrain, slippery surfaces or steep
slopes: it is very easy to lose control of the vehicle, with serious consequences (fights, falls and
