Verifying Network Parameters

DALSA provides the Network Configuration tool to verify and configure network devices and the Genie network
parameters. See section

Network Configuration Tool

" on page 80

if there were any problems with the automatic

Genie software installation.

Before Contacting Technical Support

Carefully review the issues described in this Troubleshooting section. To aid DALSA personnel when support is
required, the following

three status files

should be generated and included with the request for support.

The host computer network status file is generated by following the instructions

Creating a Status Report

page 84

From the computer folder
