Rack and pinion hoist

• Check the overload control light on the
platform control by manually pressing the
overload limit switch (1).
9.3 Monthly servicing
• Check that the mast connection bolts, limit switch approach bars and
mast anchors/bolts are secured to the mast and the building, tighten
if necessary.
• Apply anti-friction lubricant to the trailing cable.
Recommended anti-friction lubricant:
- Interflon Fin Film WB
• Check for signs of wear on the drive pinion and racks, replace if
necessary. (For limiting value, see service manual)

Check that all racks are secure. If necessary torque tighten racks to
