Rack and pinion hoist

Insert the mast bracket (9) from the front into the mast (10) and
secure the scaffold coupling (11) to the round mast tube.
(Tightening torque
50 Nm
).

Open scaffold clamps (13) and insert the telescopic tube (12). Close
the clamps, screw them together so that the tube can still be
adjusted.

To adjust the angle, loosen the nuts below the tube clamps (13) and
slide the one tube clamp into the elongated hole.

Re-tighten all 4 nuts.

The attachment plate should be bolted to the wall with anchor fittings
or through bolts. (Also refer to the anchoring forces table.)

For greater building clearance distances (e.g. frontal scaffolding)
use extension tubes.
The free tube ends of the mast anchoring
tubes must not project over the mast cross
section!
