Rack and pinion hoist

Assembly and Operating Manual

Transport

Have the hoist transported by experienced and competent

persons.

Inspection on receiving the hoist

•

Check the shipment for transport damage and for completeness

according to the purchase order.

•

Immediately notify the freight carrier (haulage company) and dealer

of any transport damage.

Loading and unloading the machine

The machine components are loaded and unloaded using a crane.

•

Thread the round sling through

the crane lug (1) on the trolley.

•

Hang the crane hook on the

round sling.



Weight of the base unit with

cable bin approx. 615 kg



Do not secure round sling directly to the mast.



Transportation and loading using a trailer is described in the

Operating Manual for the trailer.
