Automatic gate locking system

The segregation gate is locked depending on the operating status of the vacuum pump.
In this way, segregated animals are prevented from pushing open the segregation gate and proceeding to
the milking parlour during the time between milkings.

Gate locked

(vacuum pump switched off)

Gate open

(vacuum pump switched on)

Non-return gate

Non-return gates prevent the animals from coming out of the segregation bay back towards the milking
parlour.
