6.1
Special Personnel Qualifications
Initial commissioning may only be carried out by specially qualified personnel in
accordance with the safety instructions.
Any settings that have to be made (e.g. on control units) must always be made by
personnel who have been suitably instructed/trained by the manufacturer.
6.2
Safety Instructions
To prevent damage to property and/or life-threatening injury to personnel always
observe the following:
● Before starting for the first time check that all tools and other parts have been
removed from the danger area.
● Before commissioning check the direction in which the cylinders are running.

6.3
Particular hazards
● Incorrectly wired connections may destroy electrical/electronic components.
● Faulty connections can cause the animal segregation system to start
unexpectedly or move in an uncontrolled manner.
● Connections that have been mixed up will cause the cylinder to run in the wrong
direction - which may cause serious damage to property and/or injury to people
● Check all pressure areas for leaks.
