2. Insert bushing (320)

3. Insert gate frame and secure with split pin (20, 230)

Note:

Insert gate with grease (A)

4. Mount pipes on pipe bends (50, 60)

Note:

Grease piping when fitting (B)

5. Cushioning the entrance gate

Push on, position and secure the hose (330, 340)

6. Install U-steel section (40)

7. Install flat steel section (90)

8. Fitting the vacuum cylinder (70)

9. Put safety signs up on both sides of

the position shown. (0180, 0190)
