Color Description
None Lines are removed when they are more than 2,000 ft below the
aircraft.
White Lines are white when they are within 2,000 ft below the aircraft.
Amber Lines are amber when they are within 1,000 ft below the aircraft.
Red Lines are red when they are within 100 ft below or above the
altitude of the airplane.

Color Description
None Lines are removed when they are more than 500 ft below the
rotorcraft.
White Lines are white when they are within 500 ft below the rotorcraft.
Amber Lines are amber when they are within 250 ft below the rotorcraft.
Red Lines are red when they are at or above the altitude of the
rotorcraft.

Grouped obstacles are shown with an asterisk. The color of the asterisks
is tied to the relative altitude of the highest obstacle in the group, not other
obstacles within that group. Obstacles are grouped when they would otherwise
overlap.
