1.13 How to Set Up Function Keys
Some menu functions and menus can be assigned to a function key. This allows one-
touch access to the assigned function or menu.
1.13.1 Set the function operation mode
There are two operation modes for function key settings.
• Single: registers one function to one of the keys.
• Multi: registers a maximum of eight functions to one of the keys.
The default setting is “single”. Change the settings as follows.
1. Open the [MAIN MENU].
2. Select [INITIAL SETTING], then press the
left button .
3. Select [FUNCTION KEY], then press the left button .
4. Select [FUNCTION OPERATION], then press the left
button .
5. Select [SINGLE] or [MULTI], then press the left but-
ton .
6. Close the menu.
1.13.2 Operate the function keys
Single
Press a function key (F1/F2/F3/F4 key/knob) to execute the registered function. The
function keys are preset as follows;
