PART Ⅱ OPERATION BEFORE USING THE MACHINE
■CLUTCH INTERLOCK
●
Carry out inspection after engine and every part has stopped its operation
completely.
●
Check if handle and panel parts are frozen. When there is frozen snow and ice,
remove it. Remove well especially snow and ice between work and travel clutch
levers and handle.
●
When malfunction is found in inspection, ask your dealer for service immediately.
●
Set travel clutch lever at "On" and take
hand off. Check if the lever returns to "Off"
position.
●
Set work clutch lever at "On" and take
hand off. Check if the lever returns to "Off"
position.
●
With travel clutch lever at "On", set work
clutch lever at "On". Check if work clutch
lever is fixed at "On" position.
●
After that, take hand off the travel clutch
lever. Check if both travel clutch lever and

work clutch lever return to "Off" position.
■COMING OFF, LOOSE, AND CONTACT OF WIRE (HARNESS)
●
If wires come off or terminals are loosened, it causes malfunction or poor connection.
Make sure terminals which are fixed by bolts are not loosened and coupler does not
come off.
●
Make sure wires do not have contact with parts below.
・
Sharp corner such as metal sheet, head of bolt and nut
・
Moving parts such as belt, pulley, speed change rod.
・
Heating parts such as muffler
●
When malfunction is found in inspection, ask your dealer for inspection
and service.
■DAMAGE OF MACHINE, LOOSE OF BOLT AND NUT
●
Check if there is damage of parts of the
machine and if bolts and nuts are loosened.
●
When malfunction is found in
inspection, ask your dealer
for inspection and service.

■FREEZE OF PARTS
●
Carry out inspection after engine and every part has stopped its operation
completely.
●
Check if there is snow clogging or freeze in auger, blower, chute, crawler, etc.
●
When there is snow clogging or freeze, remove it.
