menu screen. Using

and press the FUNC/DATA key to display the operation
data immediately before the latest alarm, on the LCD.
The alarm data screen includes 10 screens. Using

keys, switch between screens to check data.
Use alarm data to display the data having been effective
immediately before the alarm.
