11.4 Faults, causes and repairs
Fault Cause Repair
The remote ON switch of the sliding
table is not working.
The cross stop display is not illuminated.
The parallel cutting fence display is not
illuminated.
The clamping force of the rip fence guide
is not sufficient.
The height guide of the parallel cutting
fence is not positioned correctly.
The height specification of the saw blade
is not correct.
The full cutting length of the sliding
table is not achieved.
Unsatisfactory cuts.
The outrigger table/outrigger arm are not
operating smoothly.
The battery is dead.

11.5 Aligning the roller cage sliding table
The roller cage can deviate over a period of time due
to small traveling distances of the sliding table.The full
cutting length will, thus, not be achieved.
11.6 Changing the battery of the sliding table remote ON switch
Required battery:
• Type 1604D, 9 V-Block
1. Switch the machine off and ensure that it cannot be
switched on again.
2. Move the sliding table to the right.
3. Unscrew the handle cover.
4. Remove and replace the old battery.
5. Screw the handle cover back on.

Faults
Repair:
1.
Move the sliding table past the resistance into the
dead-centre position and up to the stop.
2.
Then, move the sliding table continuously in the other
direction to the dead-centre position and up to the stop.
Attention! Note the correct polarity when inserting the battery.!
