Making adjustments and preparations

8.19.2 Chucking the grooving tools

Fig. 81: Remove the saw blade

Required tools:

• Allen key 10 mm

• Spanner SW 24 mm

• Allen key 5 mm

Prepare to change tooling.

Hold the flange tight with the spanner.

Attention left screw thread!

Loosen the left screw thread, clockwise, with the Al-

len key.

Remove the socket head cap screw and flange.

Remove the saw blade.

Remove the splitter.

Clamp the splitter holder with the nut.

Remove the scoring blade if required.

Remove the rear flange.

Loosen the screws with the socket spanner.
