8.10.4 Adjusting the saw blade diameter
After the tooling has been changed, adjust the diameter
of the tooling used in the control panel. A list of the most
standard tools (Parameter positions 14 up to 19) is pro-
grammed by the manufacturer.
1. Press the reset key repeatedly, to scroll through the
diameters in the indicator panel as follows: 250/
253/300/315/350/375
2. Stop pressing the reset key once the desired diameter
appears.
3. The control system reverts to the operating mode after
a few seconds.

Attention! Minimum tightening torque: 20 Nm!
Required tools:
• Allen key 10 mm
• Special spanner
1.
Prepare to change tooling.
2.
Loosen the splitter to install a larger saw blade.
3.
Hold the flange in place with a special spanner.
4.
Attention! Left screw thread!
Loosen, clockwise direction, the socket head screw
cap with the Allen key.
5.
Remove the socket head cap screw and flange.
6.
Remove the old saw blade and place the new saw
blade on the arbor.
7.
Replace the flange (take note of the assembling posi-
tion). Hold the flange in place with a special span-
ner.
8.
Attention! Left screw thread!
Screw in, anti-clockwise direction, the socket head
cap screw with an Allen key.
9.
Adjust the splitter if a larger or smaller saw blade
has been fitted in.
10.
Preparing the machine to operate.
11.
Adjust the saw guard to the saw blade.
Only with machines with an electrical saw blade height
adjustment system:
12.
Set the diameter of the saw blade (control panel) if a
larger or smaller saw blade has been fitted in.
