10.6 Replacing the scoring belt

Fig. 115: Scoring belt

Lift the scoring belt.

Remove the belt from the scoring spindle first and

then from the motor pulley.

Remove the belt carefully.

Hook the new belt around the motor pulley first.

Lift the scoring motor and hook the new belt around

the scoring spindle.

Close the lid on the back of the machine.

Pull the clamping lever upwards.

Replace the belt:

• Set to the lowest speed

• Remove the belt from the motor pulley first and

then from the saw spindle

• Replace the belt

• Hook in the new belt and set the speed

Push the clamping lever down slowly.

Close the cover on the back of the machine.
