TLP 350CV • Configuration Software

GUI Configurator and Global Configurator installation

Insert the disk provided into the computer’s CD/DVD ROM drive. If the setup

program does not start automatically, run Launch.exe from the CD/DVD ROM

directory in Windows “My Computer”. The opening screen will appear with the

following tabs:

Select the

Software

tab, locate the GUI Configurator program and click

Install

Follow the on screen instructions.
By default, the Installer program creates a C:\Program Files\Extron\

GUI Configurator folder, containing the GUI Configurator program. An icon may

also be placed on the Windows desktop.
When GUI Configurator has completed loading, again select the

Software

tab,

locate the Global Configurator program and click

Install

. Follow the on screen

instructions.

GUI Configurator requires Global Configurator version 3.0 or higher.

By default, the Installer program creates a C:\Program Files\Extron\

Globalapplication name] folder, containing the Global Configurator program. An

icon may also be placed on the Windows desktop.
Both programs are also available for free download from the Extron Web site at

www.extron.com

To download the programs, select the

Download

tab, and click on the

Software

option in the sidebar at the right.

Global Configurator or GUI Configurator may also appear as "Featured

Downloads" on the opening

Download

page.

The software downloads are listed in alphabetical order. Navigate to the

GUI Configurator or the Global Configurator and click

Download

next to the

appropriate program. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
By default a folder is created on the C drive and icons may be placed on the

Windows desktop.
